NewKuber Kiosk

Shorter lines, more orders

Guests order and pay on a big screen that runs on your own menu. Each kiosk order prints in the kitchen, shows on the kitchen display and lands on the POS.

The guest’s order

Built so a first-time guest gets it right

  1. 01 Choose

Guests pick to-go or dine-in, then browse big tiles for every category and item.

  2. 02 Customize

Sizes, add-on rules and allergens show exactly as you set them on the menu.

  3. 03 Check out

Guests review the order, change quantities and pay on the kiosk.

Kiosk orders land where your team already works

Each order prints on your kitchen printers and shows on the kitchen display next to dine-in and to-go tickets. The Kiosk list on the POS holds every order, and staff complete it once it is paid.

Its own hours and time slots

A kiosk timetable, set day by day. A slot can hide tagged items, like breakfast-only dishes.

Same menu, same add-on rules

One Kiosk switch per item. Sizes, add-on rules, allergens and sold-out items carry over.

Read-only on the POS

Staff see each kiosk order with Send to kitchen and Print, and complete it once it is paid.

Set up the kiosk your way

Every kiosk setting lives in Kuber, next to the rest of your menu and settings.

Kiosk settingWhat it does
Order typesOffer to-go, dine-in or both. You choose in Settings, and the kiosk asks the guest first.
HoursThe kiosk keeps a timetable of its own, set day by day, so it can open and close on a different schedule.
Time slotsSplit the day into slots. A slot can hide items you tagged for another part of the day, like breakfast-only dishes.
Item availability switchEvery menu item has a Kiosk switch. Items you mark sold out on the menu stay sold out on the kiosk.
PrintingKiosk orders print on your kitchen printers. A listener device plays a sound and prints each new order.
ReportsReports split sales by order type, so kiosk sales show on their own line.

FAQ

Can the kiosk take both dine-in and to-go orders?
Yes. In Settings you choose what the kiosk offers: to-go, dine-in, or both.
Do I build a separate menu for the kiosk?
No. The kiosk uses your Kuber menu. Each item has a Kiosk switch, and sizes, add-on rules, allergens and sold-out items carry over.
Can the kiosk keep different hours?
Yes. The kiosk has its own timetable with hours and time slots. A slot can hide tagged items, so breakfast-only dishes leave the screen when breakfast ends.
How do guests pay at the kiosk?
Guests pay on the kiosk as the last step of their order. Supported payment hardware: [confirm kiosk payment hardware].
What screen and stand do I need?
Supported screen sizes: [confirm supported screen sizes]. Stand and bundle pricing: [kiosk stand / bundle pricing].
Where do kiosk orders show up?
They print on your kitchen printers, show on the kitchen display and appear in the Kiosk list on the POS. Staff complete each order once it is paid, including $0 orders.
