Menu management

Build your menu once. Sell it everywhere.

Set up an item once with its photo, sizes, add-ons, allergens and a price for each channel. Then switch on where it sells: the POS, your ordering site, the kiosk, QR ordering and catering.

One item, every channel

The POS, your ordering site, QR menus and the kiosk all read the same item. Each channel can keep the dine-in price or carry its own, and every delivery app gets a third-party price.

Point of sale Dine-in · $19.00
Online ordering Online price · $20.50
QR ordering Table T5 · $19.00
Self-order kiosk Photo, sizes and add-ons
Delivery apps Third-party price · $21.50

Set it up the way your kitchen works

Every picker ends with “+ Add new”, so staff never leave the item form to create a category or a group.

  1. Give an item as many sizes as you need. Each size carries its own calories, prep time, prices, tags and add-on groups, so an 18" can offer toppings a 10" doesn’t.

FAQ

Can I charge more online and on delivery apps than in the dining room?
Yes. Each item and each size has dine-in, to-go, quick and online prices, plus a third-party price for each delivery app. “Same as dine-in” keeps a channel matched to dine-in until you switch it off.
How do I raise prices across the whole menu?
Use Bulk price update. Pick items or add-ons, the price to calculate from and the categories, then increase or decrease by a percent or a dollar amount. Round to .49, .95, .99 or .00, preview every row, adjust any single price and confirm.
Can I take an item off for just today?
Yes. Pick Disable for today from the item’s row menu, or flip its in-stock switch in the items list.
How do I keep brunch items off the menu in the afternoon?
Create a time slot, tag the items and choose the channels. Tagged items hide outside the slot’s hours on each channel you picked.
Do staff have to leave the item form to add a new category or add-on group?
No. Every picker ends with “+ Add new”, so they create it in place and keep going. If they try to leave with unsaved changes, Kuber lists what changed.
Can Kuber write item descriptions?
Yes. Generate with AI drafts a description in the item form. Edit it before you save.
