FAQ

Can guests book a table from our own website?
Yes. Turn on online reservations and guests book on your site. They pick a date, a time and a party size, Kuber checks availability, and they confirm with a code sent to their phone.
Do we have to approve every booking?
Only if you want to. With auto-approve on, online bookings are approved right away. With it off, they wait as Pending until someone taps Approve or cancels with a reason.
Can we keep some tables for walk-ins?
Yes. Only tables marked as taking reservations can be booked. You can also set the largest party size, a minimum occupancy percentage and how long each booking lasts.
Can guests or staff change a booking?
Guests can see their bookings and cancel them. Staff can edit any reservation in the POS, including the start and end time, guest count and contact details.
What happens when we tap Seat?
For a reservation, an order opens at the booked table. For a waitlist party, you pick a table on the floor, the guest count is filled in, and the order opens.
